The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia has announced that its public counters will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to anticipated severe winter weather. Despite the closure of in-person services, hearings scheduled for that day will proceed as planned but will be conducted exclusively by video.
