If the Norfolk courthouse experiences a delayed opening on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, all hearings scheduled before Judge Santoro for that day will take place at 11:00 a.m. If the courthouse is closed on January 27 due to inclement weather, these hearings will be rescheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and will occur at their originally set times.
