Judge Paul Black of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia will conduct his regular Chapter 13 docket in Roanoke in person on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The court had originally scheduled this session for June 1, but that date has now been cancelled.

“Please be advised that Judge Black will hold his regular Chapter 13 Roanoke docket in person on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The previously scheduled Roanoke court date of June 1, 2026, is cancelled,” according to a statement from the court.
