In a recent filing in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, plaintiff Joshua Newlon has initiated legal action against defendants Anton Sagan and Juicy Brewing, LLC. The lawsuit alleges fraud, conversion, and breach of fiduciary duties by Sagan and Juicy Brewing. Newlon claims that he was misled into investing $350,000 into a brewery venture called Juicy South, which never launched due to alleged misuse of funds by Sagan. The complaint seeks compensatory damages of $350,000, punitive damages of an equal amount, and additional relief deemed appropriate by the court.
