ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Dykwon Perry Davis, a 26-year-old from Washington, D.C., has pleaded guilty to two felony charges—Abduction with the Intent to Defile and Attempted Rape—in Alexandria Circuit Court. The announcement was made by Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares and Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney Bryan Porter.
Davis faces a potential maximum sentence of life in prison for the abduction charge and up to 10 years for attempted rape. According to authorities, there is no plea agreement in place, leaving prosecutors free to seek any sentence they consider appropriate.
The case stems from a sexual assault reported on February 3, 2024, in the Potomac Yard neighborhood of Alexandria. The Alexandria Police Department led the investigation with support from the Metro Transit Police Department in Washington, D.C.
Prosecution efforts were carried out by both the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Alexandria and the Office of the Attorney General for Virginia. Additional support came from the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
Davis is currently held without bail at the William G. Truesdale Alexandria Adult Detention Center. Sentencing is scheduled for November 20, 2025.
